Tend Your Unfurling
A somatic space for coming home to your whole self.
This is a space for the sensitive, the seeking, the over-full and the under-held.
Where what's too much, too little, or just tender is welcomed as it is.
Where nothing in you is too strange, too complex, too slow, or too sacred to be seen. You don't have to have it all figured out.
You don't have to feel ready.
You just have to be willing to meet yourself here.

What This Is
Tend Your Unfurling is a space for people who are tired of trying to fit into systems that were never built for them. It's a place to slow down, get curious, and come into a deeper into a relationship with yourself--one that's grounded in trust, clarity, and care. This is individualized support for people navigating post-traumatic growth, neurodivergence, chronic pain and illness, and the longing for something more authentic and aligned. This work is relational, somatic, and responsive to your unique rhythm--not a program to follow, but a process to be with.Together, we:
Stay with what’s here, rather than chasing what “should” be
Explore sensations, patterns, beliefs, and stories with curiosity, not judgment
Gently unpack what’s tangled, overwhelming, or stuck
Strengthen connection to what steadies and nourishes you
Build relationships and rituals that support your way of being
Celebrate growth in real time—not just in hindsight
Sometimes that looks like naming and unlearning old patterns.
Sometimes it’s deepening into what already steadies you.
Sometimes it’s as simple (and as powerful) as feeling what you feel, without turning away.
This work can support you in:
Building trust in your own perceptions, pacing, and knowing
Learning how to move into and through intensity—without getting lost in it
Softening internalized shame, urgency, and pressure
Listening for the wisdom in grief, fear, and anger
Being more at home in your body and your nervous system
Navigating life transitions without abandoning yourself
Finding language and presence to honor your needs, boundaries, and desires
Rooting into relationships that nourish, witness, and respect you
Reclaiming your rhythms—of rest, expression, connection, creativity
Letting growth emerge from readiness, instead of force or expectation
Making space for joy, dignity, and wholeness in daily life

Working Together
This work is primarily offered through individual sessions, with optional seasonal circles for shared reflection and support.Private Sessions:
Relational, somatic counseling that honors complexity, capacity, and accessibility. We start where you are and walk together from there. Session length, frequency, and pricing are flexible--we'll co-create a path that works for you.Small Group Circles:
Held seasonal spaces for those seeking connection, reflection, and growth in community. We work with presence, not pressure—using somatic awareness, guided practice, reflection, and relationship as our ground.
About the Practitioner
I work with people who feel the world deeply.
Who’ve lived through complexity and stayed curious.
Who are ready to become more fully themselves, one understanding at a time.My role is to tend that unfurling with you—not by giving answers, but by listening with care.
Listening not just to words—but also to silence, to breath, to the subtle rhythms of the body.
To what’s rising that hasn’t yet had language. To what’s been waiting to be met.My work is rooted in relational counseling and informed by somatic coaching, yoga therapy, and mindfulness—not as techniques to apply, but as languages we can learn to listen through.Together, we might slow down to hear the deeper message behind overwhelm.
We might unwind shame, deepen into your vitality, name what matters, and compost what doesn’t.
We might build rituals of remembering, rhythms of care, and networks of support that honor your needs and capacities. My name is Sarah, and I use she/they pronouns. I don’t have a headshot here, and you won’t see much of me on social media. That’s by choice. I prioritize depth, boundaries, and safety—for both of us.If something here resonates, I'd be honored to connect with you.
"Unfurling"
There is a green that does not shout,
but curves,
quiet as breath drawn in.The fern does not rush its becoming.
It knows the art
of curling inward
before reaching out.Each tiny tendril,
a whisper of a gesture
not yet made. Not because it is unsure,
but because it listens—
first,
to the hush within the soil. And maybe that is the lesson:
how to unfurl
without tearing
the tender threads
of what holds you.
